Terms of Service

Please read the next terms and conditions carefully before deciding to commission me, I go into detail into what you can expect working with me and what I am willing to accept working on and what I am not! (its a super short read, save yourself from any hassle!)

• Read before commissioning

I will do

-I can work with animals, pets, original characters resembling animals and monsters!-I can do candy gore(experimental commission type) and slight gore!-I can work with small businesses to use my art for commercial purposes on products or media, I do not charge extra for a commercial fees for the time being but I do ask if my art is used on products to credit me for the artwork.

I will not do

-NSFW-heavy gore( i can draw bones though if its part of the character design)-hate symbols/hate group references-fetish art or suggestive art also count as NSFW content-I prefer to not draw characters with a lot of mechanical armor or plain mechanical characters (for an example of what mechanical parts I CAN draw search for characters like protogens)(i have the right to decline a commission if i do not feel comfortable doing it!)

Turn around times

I try to make my turnaround times no longer than three months, but I am still in school and I work on commissions as a hobby, so I recommend following my Instagram to be up to date with anything that might affect my turnaround times.If i haven't even started your piece after three months and you don't want to wait any longer, please feel free to reach out to ask for a refund!Feel free to ask about your commission ,but only if my trello que is not up to date enough to tell you about the status of your comm (please understand if there are people in front of you i cannot work on your piece until I have finished theirs or at least made considerable progress, unless you've paid the priority fee which is 10% of the comm price I cannot finish your piece first)

Payment

For the time being I only take PayPal invoices as my only method for payment, so you will need to have a PayPal account in order to commission me.-Payment is always upfront and a refund can always be discussed if I haven’t started with your piece after three months. (if a sketch has been made a refund is not discussable unless is an emergency)
